Come and be part of the biggest party in the Kimberley which takes place at the picturesque Mangrove Hotel overlooking beautiful Roebuck Bay.

BROOME PRIDE hosts Australia's most remote and friendly Mardi Gras, where you can connect with old friends and make new ones, all whilst enjoying our unique culture and diverse community, under the covers of the Kimberley sky.
BROOME PRIDE present the Kimberley's own 2019 Mardi Gras Dance Party.
Our shows promise to be nothing short of "Spectacular" as we open our party with the unique and colourful beats of the Wasamba Drummer's. You'll be entertainment by the return of crowd favourites, Vogue Mega Queen and "Drag Territory" including performances by Broome's very own sweethearts The Pearl-Esque Belles. No local pride event is ever complete without our sassy co-host and crowd favourite, Broome's Queen of Provocation Miss Suzi Jakuzi!
Doors open at 7:00 pm with every form of FABULOUS hitting the runway as contestants are “FIERCE” when they compete to take out this year’s title of "Kimberley Queen"
From 10:00 pm till late, you'll be saturated with excitement as you dance to the tunes of DJ Timbee in our "Under The Stars" night club atmosphere. All 3 bars will be open to satisfy your thirst and a generous scattering of can bars will be available on the lawn. Should you feel the need to recharge, food will also be available until 1:30 am.

The 2019 BROOME PRIDE Mardi Gras celebrations will kicked off at the Broome Civic Center on Friday 1st March with the Mardi Gras Cabaret. Enjoy Canapes on arrival and mingle with the friendly 300 strong crowd. You'll then be seated and served a scrumptiously prepared meal by the crew from Aarli Bar whilst enjoying the show.

DRAG TERRITORY will headline the evening with vibrant fun drag show and spectacular costumes. Hosted by the queen of sass and sarcasm, Miss Suzi Jakuzi and performance by Broomes favourite ladies of burlesque, "The Pearl-Esque Belles". This event will sell out so avoid disappointment and book early.
Everyone is encouraged to dress in their Kimberley finest and enjoy a night of entertainment, great food and endless flowing drinks will be available for purchase from the bar.

Drag Bingo is back and taking place at the fabulous Mangrove Hotel for Mardi Gras 2019, Thursday 28 February, join us for a hilarious night with hosts Miss Vogue MegaQueen and direct from Melbourne Jessica James! The queens have a couple of drag shows in the hand bag, plus our sexy ball bitches will be out in force!
Get your legs eleven to the stairway to heaven and try and win the $100 Cash Jackpot plus lots of fabulous prizes donated by local business.
It's $15 to play at the door cash only paid to Drag Territory see the queens when you arrive.
Doors open 7pm and balls drop 7.30pm sharpe. Venue upstairs at Mangrove!
